Pure Fiji coconut sugar exfoliation followed by a warm oil back massage to smooth skin and ease tension.

• Pure Fiji Spa Facial
A glow-boosting facial using tropical botanicals to cleanse, hydrate, and revive the skin.

• Tension-Relief Back Massage
A focused massage to release tight muscles and melt away stress in the back, neck, and shoulders.

• Scalp Ritual + Sinus Pressure Point Massage
Warm coconut oil is massaged into the scalp, paired with pressure point work to calm the nervous system and relieve sinus tension.

• Coconut Foot Ritual
Includes a warm foot soak, sugar exfoliation, and nourishing foot massage using rich body butter.

 

Group Booking Deposit & Cancellation/Booking Policy

To secure your group booking, a 50% deposit is required. Please note: your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of making the booking request, otherwise the booking may be released to other guests.

Cancellations

Because group bookings reserve multiple therapists and treatment rooms:

Full group cancellation: We require 5 business days’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Individual guest cancellation (group still going ahead): We require 72 hours’ notice to remove an individual guest from the booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Arrival Time
To ensure your group can relax and enjoy the full Bliss experience, we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

This allows time to check in, settle in upstairs and enjoy a glass of bubbly or refreshments before treatments begin.

Please note that late arrivals may result in shortened treatments at full cost so that we can stay on schedule for all guests.
