Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your appointment time, our booking system requires a booking deposit. Think of it like booking a seat at the cinema or reserving a train ticket, the deposit secures that time especially for you.

Online bookings require a deposit at the time of booking, and our salon software automatically applies this process consistently for all clients. This allows our team to follow a clear and fair booking process while protecting the time reserved specifically for you.

This system isn’t designed to inconvenience our very loyal clients (we love you). It simply helps protect the time of our therapists and allows us to continue providing the level of care and service Bliss is known for.

Your booking deposit is credited toward the total cost of your treatment. Deposits can also remain securely on your client file, meaning many regular clients only need to pay a deposit once and never have to worry about it again.

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.

If less than 24 business hours’ notice is given, the 30% booking deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be required to pay the full treatment amount, and gift vouchers used for bookings will become void.

Please note that our booking system automatically records late cancellations and no-shows. Any outstanding cancellation fees will need to be finalised before future appointments can be secured. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in future booking limitations, as this can disadvantage other clients who are trying to secure appointments.

At the heart of it all, we genuinely love what we do and caring for our clients will always be our priority. Introducing a clear and consistent booking system helps us protect the time, energy and experience we want every Bliss client to receive 🤍
