Due to the large time reservation and planning required, group bookings have special policies and terms, which are outlined below.
How to Book your Package
Please confirm your booking via telephone or in person 48 hours prior to your booking. At this point we ask that you provide us with guest names & their treatment choices. This ensures we are prepared & treatments commence on time.
To help us ensure the best possible experience we ask that guests arrive to the salon 20 minutes prior to appointment time. This allows time to check in & guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly prior to their treatment.
Please note that late arrivals may result in shorter treatments at full cost. No show clients will be charged at full cost.
Group bookings require a responsible person to be nominated, and their credit card number is taken as security for booking. Alternatively a cash deposit can made at our reception.
Failure to provide payment security within three days of making booking may result in your booking being released to other interested parties – please contact us if additional time is required.
Special Cancellation Policy for groups
Please note that we require 72 hours’ notice to be given when cancelling a group booking to avoid the full group/event fee being charged. Cancellation of guests requires 48 hours notice to avoid full fee being charged.
(Our 24 hour cancellation policy for individuals does not apply for groups of 2 or more)
bliss can arrange catering by request at additional cost. All guest are treated to a complimentary glass of bubbles. Please advise if you would like to bring along food/beverages & we will ensure it is ready to be served at time of appointment.
Groups larger than 2 guests
For larger groups or corporate events (2-15 guests) we can customise an event featuring private use of the salon and optional mini-treatments for guests (subject to group size), plus optional gourmet catering. Contact the salon for details. Pricing for larger group events is on application.
